Talent on Demand Situation: A Washington state pharmaceutical lab needed additional SAS talent ASAP to complete a study. Action: AAG worked with the organization to identify a couple of individuals that best fit their needed skillset and were located in their immediate area. The contractors worked directly for AAG and completed the work as assigned. The organization was able to meet its required deadlines and kept overhead low. Consulting Situation: A regional building supply store wanted to target customers that are high value but currently spend a low share of their wallet. Action: AAG worked closely with the client to identify customers based on specific criteria. Past sales were analyzed on a SKU level. AAG setup a tiered promotion program in which customers had to reach their specific goal to be rewarded. AAG tracked and reported results on a weekly basis. The client was able to achieve a sales increase of 83% in the targeted group and an ROI of 250% on the promotion. Situation: A local technology start-up was utilizing production systems for enterprise reporting and analytics. Slow, inefficient reporting as well as degraded production performance prompted executive attention. Action: AAG consulted with internal stakeholders to gauge the organization's needs. Technologies were evaluated on costs and benefits. Next, a project plan was developed, managed and executed. The new data warehouse (DW) was designed and implemented on time and within budget. AAG continues to support the organization through analysis and DW upgrades.
